He has been a part of the success achieved by the organization. He has successfully owned and operated a Liberty Tax Franchise in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Tarr has been the Director of Franchise Development for REP’M Group, a full-service franchise-enabling institution. He oversaw the growth of LIME painting, a high-end painting franchise. Furthermore, he was associated with the St. Gregory Development Group, LLC as the brand manager.
