CARSTAR, a leading name in the collision repair industry, is taking the opportunity of International Women’s Day to honor the women who play integral roles in delivering high-quality collision repairs and outstanding customer service across its facilities in the United States. From technicians and painters to customer service representatives and store managers, these women are at the forefront, ensuring customers receive top-notch service throughout their collision repair experience.

One such inspiring figure is Heather Culleton, who represents the second generation of leadership at her family’s two CARSTAR locations in Lakeland, FL – CARSTAR Autobody Resurrection and CARSTAR Autobody Resurrection Lakeland South. Following in the footsteps of her father, Fred Haberl, Culleton is set to take over the reins as her father plans for retirement in June 2024. Culleton attributes her success to her father’s dedication and perseverance in the industry, instilling in her the values needed to thrive in today’s collision repair landscape.

Similarly, Ashley Garza, part of the team at CARSTAR Collision Specialists in McAllen, TX, brings her family’s legacy to her work every day. As a family-owned business, Garza’s aspirations include owning her own shop one day. She finds fulfillment in the camaraderie among her colleagues and the satisfaction of serving their loyal customers, making each day at work a rewarding experience.

The women of CARSTAR bring a unique blend of skills and perspectives to their roles, contributing to the company’s success. Nikki Rende, a valued member of the team at Waldron’s A-1 Autobody CARSTAR, finds joy in her job and is grateful for the supportive work environment. Despite unexpected challenges, such as pregnancy, Rende’s dedication to her work never wavers, highlighting her passion for her role within the company.

Jen Forhan, from CARSTAR Waldron’s Auto Body, found her calling in the collision repair industry through her father’s influence. With a lifelong passion for cars instilled by her father, Forhan enjoys interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their repair journey. Despite being one of the few women in her shop, Forhan feels welcomed and valued by her colleagues, who have embraced her as part of the team.

Sheri Poole’s journey at CARSTAR Waldron’s is a testament to the opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Starting as a customer service representative seven years ago, Poole transitioned to a new role as a marketing/administrative assistant, where she continues to thrive under the mentorship of CARSTAR Waldron’s CEO, Bob Waldron. Poole attributes her success to Waldron’s leadership and the supportive work culture he has fostered.

While these women represent just a fraction of the hundreds of female employees at CARSTAR, their dedication, professionalism, and passion for their work make them invaluable assets to the company. As CARSTAR celebrates International Women’s Day, it recognizes and appreciates the contributions of these remarkable women who continue to drive excellence in the collision repair industry.

CARSTAR’s commitment to diversity and inclusion extends beyond International Women’s Day, with ongoing efforts to empower women and create opportunities for advancement within the organization. By fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, CARSTAR aims to inspire the next generation of women leaders in the collision repair industry.
