Diane Sanford has been hired as the Chief People Officer of Unleashed Brands, a platform business that focuses on franchise growth and owns the brands Urban Air Adventure Park, Snapology, The Little Gym, XP League, Class 101, and Premier Martial Arts. (CPO).
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Sanford most recently worked as the chief people officer for Local Favorite Restaurants. Prior to that, he spent seven years in the same position at On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina. Her career in human resources began at Brinker International, where she made her way up from a generalist position in human resources to a senior director position. Sanford adds a wealth of expertise and experience to this new position of CPO at Unleashed Brands, leading safer operations, industry-leading retention and compensation programs, and cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies.
The decision by Unleashed Brands to employ Sanford follows the company’s quick expansion and growth, which has produced an exciting opportunity and necessitated the hiring of a skilled CPO. Sanford’s responsibility is to mold the company’s culture by luring in and keeping the best team by making sure they feel appreciated, receive fair pay, and have the opportunity to advance. She will be directly in charge of compliance, employee relations, DEI initiatives, and personnel management.
