Justin Mink, CFE, started his career as a technical recruiter with Sotec resources after graduating from the University of Mary, Washington, in 1998. Justin’s journey to where he is today is inspiring. He has come far with hard work, experience, and constant upskilling. Justin now helps entrepreneurs and leadership teams achieve what they envision from their businesses.

Over his 23 years of experience, he has worked with Intermedia Communications, Sonic Telecom, On tap magazine, USA Today, Mink events in brand marketing, writing, account management, event organization, and management roles. His work with franchise brands started at ReachLocal. Justin led teams that offered end-to-end internet marketing solutions and programs to large brands with distributed independent local agents, franchisees, licensees, dealers, and operators. His association with ReachLocal also marked his movement from mid-management to leadership roles.

Justin later worked with Scorpion, New Frontier Data, and Intrinsic Digital. As a part of these organizations, he worked on franchise growth, helped adopt location-based digital marketing technologies, and handled other marketing operations.

Justin has also volunteered as a professional leadership program mentor at the University of North Texas and as a big brother at Big brother big sister foundation Inc. He has spent a significant part of his career in entrepreneurial roles and helped new organizations to grow with innovation. Some early-stage enterprises he has been a part of have grown to 1000s of employees, attracted significant capital, and reached valuations over $1 B. He has led over 15 companies on the Inc. 5000 list during his tenure.

Justin is also the co-founder of Music Audience Exchange is now a professional EOS implementer. He describes Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as life-changing and the light at the end of the entrepreneurial tunnel. He sees it as a major fulfillment of his entrepreneurial dream hindered by a chronic illness. Justin now helps leadership teams and organizations to increase their revenues and profitability and meet their goals using EOS to maximize their potential. He helps them to solve basic problems and lead effectively.

Justin’s implementation strategy also involves equipping his clients with simple tools to run their business effectively. He believes that EOS tools can benefit all industries and business models. The EOS helps clarify and simplify the vision and helps all businesses grow into substantial businesses irrespective of their industry.

He is a certified finance executive who loves the thrill of handholding entrepreneurs to achieve what they envision for their business.
