Ashley Pollard Shaw, CFE, is currently the Director of Franchise Sales for Dream Dinners. Based out of Florida, Ashley began her career in Marketing as a Marketing Coordinator for Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in the year 2009. Thereafter, she practiced as an independent consultant for CAbi- Carol Anderson by invitation where she was awarded CAbi’s “Sweet 16” honor for having a good number of shows in 6 months.

Ashley joined Front Burners Brand Inc. in 2011 as the Franchise Sales Associate and was promoted to Franchise Development Manager within a year. Front Burner Brands, Inc. is a fast-casual restaurant management company that is affiliated with dynamic and niche-specific brands including The Melting Pot fondue Restaurants, Burger 21, and others. 

With years of experience in the field, Ashley has made a mark with the organizations she was associated with. “She is committed to helping qualified franchise candidate achieve their goal of becoming small business owners. Her commitment to the franchise industry and her professional growth has been demonstrated by her achieving the designation of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE)”, says Dan Stone, Chief Operating & Development Officer, Front Burners, Inc.

In 2014, Ashley joined Burger 21, where she spent a year as the Director of Franchise Development. Currently, Ashley is the Director of Franchise Sales for Dream Dinners. Dream Dinner is a National Franchising helping bring families together over easy, homemade dinners. Through their innovative solutions, the company provides the environment to bring families back around the dinner table where they connect, love, and equip through the sharing of life’s stores, traditions, values, and dreams. 

Apart from the corporate world, Ashley volunteered as a coordinator for the Annual Melting Pot Golf Classic which benefits the St. Jude Children’s Hospital. She has also ventured as a Volleyball Coach for the Canterbury School of Florida. Ashley has been actively leading the Junior League of St. Petersburg which is dedicated to training and empowering woman in leadership.
