FASTSIGNS International, Inc., franchisor of FASTSIGNS®, the nation’s premier sign, graphics, and visual communications franchise, has been recognized by Franchise Business Review as one of just fifty businesses to qualify as a 2022 Top Franchise for Women.

Mark Jameson, Chief Support and Development Officer at Propelled Brands, stated that FASTSIGNS® is pleased to be recognized by Franchise Business Review as one of the most diversified and lucrative franchises worldwide. The Top Franchise for Women 2022 award highlights FASTSIGNS’ commitment to a flawless culture and environment for everyone – regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc. – while also giving franchisees the resources they need to operate a successful small company.

Franchise Business Review (FBR), a franchise research company that conducts independent franchisee satisfaction surveys, offers the only franchise rankings based exclusively on real franchisee happiness and performance. Throughout the year, Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of the top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Best Franchises and quarterly reports listing the top franchises in various industries.

Michelle Rowan, president and chief operating officer of Franchise Company Review, stated that Franchising offers several choices to women pursuing full- or part-time business ownership. Before committing to one of the thousands of available franchise opportunities, it is essential to examine feedback from other female franchise owners regarding how well the franchise meets their expectations in terms of support, work/life balance, financial opportunity, and other crucial aspects of business ownership. Looking at the brands on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Women, 88 percent of women stated they love owning and managing their firm, making them all ideal alternatives for women seeking to transition into business ownership.

FASTSIGNS® was one of 267 franchise businesses participating in Franchise Business Review’s research on the Top Franchises for Women, representing over 8,000 female franchise owners. FASTSIGNS franchisees were polled on 33 standard questions addressing their experience and satisfaction with essential aspects of their franchise systems, including leadership, training and support, financial potential, and work-life balance. The FASTSIGNS business model provides franchisees with a Monday-through-Friday work week and no nighttime work, ideal for women who want to manage a business while still having time for their families.

Laurie Sigillito, a FASTSIGNS franchisee in Durango, stated that having her own FASTSIGNS business was one of her finest moves. She selected FASTSIGNS because the company concept was not seasonal, and she felt it would be recession-resistant. Considering that she opened in 2009 when the world was going apart, this was very significant. Since then, the FASTSIGNS brand has provided far more than she anticipated.
