On Saturday, June 11, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Pet Supplies Plus, the largest and most recognized pet retail franchise in the United States, will conduct the ‘Dog Days of Summer’ adoption event at Meadow Brook Amphitheatre on the Oakland University campus.

More than twenty-five shelters and rescues will be present at the family-friendly event with dogs and cats seeking forever homes. Depending on the shelter, most adoptions will take place on-site, with animals able to go home the same day.
