Eric Little comes with more than two decades of exquisite franchise experience. He is a former C-Level franchising executive and a Certified Franchise Executive. With his depth of knowledge in franchising, Mr. Little has built a reputation for himself. He has worked in various segments of the franchise industry with recognized brands in the US.
As humble as it can get, Mr. Little started his career as a Sales Representative with Ashland. He worked in the Ashland petroleum segment. Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH) is a global additives and specialty ingredients company with a conscious and proactive mindset for sustainability. The company serves customers in a wide range of consumer and industrial markets, including architectural coatings, automotive, construction, energy, food and beverage, nutraceuticals, personal care, and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Little set his foot in the franchising world as a Franchise Sales Manager with Valvoline, Inc. As a beginner, he assisted franchisees with real estate and site selection. Valcoline Inc. is a consumer service firm. For racing, high-mileage, and synthetic recycled motor oils, Valvoline and its scientists have been innovating, producing, and rewriting formulae. To do this, the company selected the brightest and most creative individuals and assisted in the development of long-term careers.
Further in the year 2000, Eric Little associated himself with the printing giant in the US, Alphagraphics. He served as the Senior Director of Franchise Development. He closely worked with his team of three salespeople and delegated implementation process improvements.
AlphaGraphics was founded in 1970 and began franchising in 1979. It is one of the biggest U.S.-based networks of locally-owned and managed Business Centers providing a full range of print, visual communications, and marketing goods, with over 285 sites in six nations. Solutions include:
- Full-service digital, offset, and large-format printing.
- Design services.
- One-to-one marketing solutions.
- Promotional products.
- Web to print solutions.
Further, Mr. Little joined 1-800 WATER DAMAGE. He was hired for the position of Director of Franchise Development. Mr.Little oversaw the working of the department. Mr. Little assisted with creating the franchise development department from the ground up. His leadership helped the franchise to grow stronger with 14 new franchises being awarded rank#1 in the annual Franchise Update.
1-800 WATER DAMAGE deals with property damage restoration. With its exceptionally skilled experts, the franchise has been able to gain the customers’ trust.
Post this, Mr. Little joined the BounceU franchise as the Vice President of Franchise Development, for a brief one-year tenure. Followed by which he became the Chief Development Officer of IKOR(R) USA Inc.
Eric counts his 13 years at Right Home LLC as his most fruitful employment. Through his efforts, the brand network expanded from 100 to 600 stores across eight different nations. Additionally, he is pleased with the notable growth in income from $100 million to more than $500 million. Eric oversaw all Franchise Development operations at this location, including budgeting, human resources, legal and compliance, marketing and lead generation, and sales management.
Eric has a broad range of consulting services for franchisers, but he is also an expert at helping eager entrepreneurs find franchises that are a suitable fit for them. He assists them in taking the guesswork out of their path to entrepreneurship and independence in this way.
In addition to franchise growth, Eric is skilled at relationship management, marketing, compliance, and legal matters. Leaders, peers, and new franchise owners have commended his can-do attitude. His expertise spans sales management, strategic planning, and new business management.
