Renée Manning is currently the Director of Franchise Support with a leading staffing and franchising unit named HireQuest Inc. in South Carolina. She has demonstrated a history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Renée is skilled in Sales, Contingent Workforce, Staff and Financial Management, Interviewing, and Business Development. With over 25 years of experience in corporate operations and franchise support engaged with senior-level executives, franchise owners, recruiters, account managers, and client stakeholders, Renée’s success has marked her stand in the franchise world.

HireQuest Inc. is a South Carolina-based company. HireQuest Inc. and its family of companies—HireQuest Direct, Snelling Staffing, DriverQuest, and HireQuest—help people across America find meaningful employment. Renée Manning debuted her career with Manpower, in the roles of Technical Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Staffing Branch Manager all in the Upstate and Western New York markets where she was accountable for P&L, business development, and staff management. The experiences she has gained working in different job profiles give her an edge. 

She has been associated with HR Dynamics as the Director of Staffing Solutions and Business Development where she was in charge of the development and growth of HR Dynamics.

Renée held the positions of Regional Director of Franchise Operations and WBENC Diversity Supplier, and Regional Director- NE with the sister company of HireQuest Inc., Snelling LLC for three years and one year respectively.
