Jennifer’s leadership extended to new product innovation, the development of an annual LTO calendar, and an integrated go-to-market strategy across various channels.

Jennifer’s tenure at Church’s Chicken showcased her collaborative leadership in developing and launching key menu innovation platforms. Her contributions were instrumental in securing a promotion to Vice President – Brand Strategy and Activation.

In this role, Jennifer built a go-to-market strategy for 400 company-owned and franchised specialty retail stores. Her leadership resulted in unprecedented holiday transaction growth, significantly outperforming any year in the past decade.

Jennifer championed the 360° activation of the national marketing plan, defining strategic marketing direction for a business unit serving nearly 300 franchisees and 1,500 retail locations. Her adept leadership consistently outperformed annual revenue targets.
