On March 22, 2022, Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (NYSE: DPZ), the world’s largest pizza company, announced the promotions of Joe Jordan to President, US & Global Services and Art D’Elia to Executive Vice President – International, both effective May 1, 2022. Jordan and D’Elia will report to Russell Weiner. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and President of Domino’s Pizza in the United States and the upcoming CEO of Domino’s Pizza.

Joe and Art, according to Mr. Russell Weiner, are exceptionally accomplished executives with a combined 15 years of experience at Domino’s. Joe and Art are both well-known and respected by team members and franchisees worldwide. Each is an extraordinary leader whose thoughts, talents, and beliefs exemplify why Domino’s is such a unique place to work. Weiner is ecstatic for both of them and the Company.

Jordan will serve as President, United States & Worldwide Services, overseeing the Company’s operations in the United States and major global centers of excellence. Since April 2018, he has worked as Domino’s Executive Vice President – International, following a tenure as Senior Vice President – Chief Marketing Officer from May 2015 to April 2018. Jordan spent six years as the senior marketing director at PepsiCo North America before joining Domino’s. Jordan is a graduate of New York University with an MBA and the College of William & Mary with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

D’Elia will serve as Executive Vice President – International, supervising Domino’s operations in more than 90 countries. Since July 2020, D’Elia has served as Domino’s Executive Vice President – Chief Marketing Officer. He joined Domino’s as Senior Vice President – Chief Brand and Innovation Officer in January 2018. Before joining Domino’s, D’Elia was the chief marketing officer for Danone Dairy’s business unit in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. D’Elia graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Domino’s Pizza, founded in 1960, is the world’s largest pizza company, with a substantial presence in both delivery and carryout pizza. It is one of the world’s largest public restaurant brands, with over 18,800 locations in over 90 regions. In 2021, Domino’s will generate global retail sales of almost $17.8 billion, including more than $8.6 billion in the United States and more than $9.1 billion internationally. Domino’s reported global retail sales of over $5.5 billion in the fourth quarter of 2021, including over $2.6 billion in the United States and approximately $2.9 billion internationally. Its system comprises independent franchisees who collectively owned 98 percent of Domino’s locations as of the fourth quarter of 2021. By focusing on technology innovation, Domino’s will reach more than 50% of all retail sales globally through digital channels by 2021.

In the United States, Domino’s will generate over 75% of retail sales through digital channels by 2021 and has developed various novel ordering platforms, including those for Google Home, Facebook Messenger, Apple Watch, Amazon Echo, and Twitter. Domino’s established cooperation with Nuro in 2019 to do additional research and testing of autonomous pizza delivery. In mid-2020, Domino’s will provide a new way for consumers to purchase contactless carry out across the country — via Domino’s Carside Delivery®, which may be selected when completing a prepaid online order.
