Charles Kowanetz is the Sr. Director of Sales at My Eyelab, a Franchise Development Executive, and Entrepreneur. In 204, on completing his graduation from Florida Atlantic University in Business Administration and Management, he joined Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative. He worked with clients to plan for financial goals such as retirement or education funding. He helped clients diversify their portfolios and manage their investment vehicles while creating tax-efficient plans.

After Northwestern Mutual, Charles Kowanetz joined United Franchise Group as a Franchise Developer. Over three years at the firm, he worked as a Regional Manager and then as a Senior Regional Manager; he managed two locations, including Denver, Colorado, Greater Nashville Area in Tennesse. He managed the 9 Franchise brands of United Franchise Groups in the Mountain-Plains and Southeast Region, prospecting new franchisees, developing relationships with lead vendors & Franchise consultants while handling high-level business consulting for existing franchisees.

In October 2019, Charles Kowanetz became the Director of Franchise Development of My EyeLab, helping budding entrepreneurs invest in the healthcare industry. He implemented growth and development plans for the fastest-growing optics franchise. His responsibilities included national lead generation, developing broker and consultant networks, and interviewing franchise candidates. Kowanetz sold over 70 new units, helped the successful opening of 30+ franchise locations, and generated $2.9 Million.

Post-My EyeLab, he became the Director of Sales at RetroFitness, a premier franchise opportunity in the “High Value, Low Cost” segment. As Director of Franchise Sales, he would oversee all development and sales efforts for the company and lead his teams to grow the brand in the highly sought-after fitness industry. However, within nine months, he decided to rejoin My EyeLab, as the Sr. Director of Franchise Sales.
