Kristin Selmeczy has commendable expertise in franchising as a woman and ways to balance the balance sheet with a cause. With 15 years of owning a Franchise, CEO & Co-Founder of Pillars of Franchising, LLC, Kristin Selmeczy, her primary cause is to empower emerging entrepreneurs to experience business ownership. Her consulting firm Pillars of Franchising, LLC emerged from a podcasting hobby.

If you are into podcasting, give Selmeczy a listen and hear her explain how she helps interested franchise buyers select profitable franchise opportunities, thrive as a successful business, create employment, and impact the economy of the franchise industry. This is not an easy task, but she achieves it aplomb with her network of industry partners.

Selmeczy and the team help entrepreneurs navigate the process and mentor them to reach their greatest potential. They design and deploy leadership teams, interview industry influencers, and build a new franchise business with the necessary centerstage to attract its audience.

Well, Selmeczy has the expertise. But, what about her experience? Selmeczy is as much a revered name in the franchise community as much The Home Depot as a brand because it is here that she started her career as a training manager back in 1997. For 15 years, she had a thriving career with the brand in several leadership positions.

Besides spending 15 years with The Home Depot, Kristin Selmeczy is the CEO of Shell-Met-Zee, Inc. Shell-Met-Zee Inc started in 2007, and it is categorized as a Car Washing and Polishing business. Kristin Selmeczy makes sure they only deliver high-quality merchandise, superior to most of its competitors. Their service-oriented approach keeps the business atop of its B2B competitors.

Today, much of Kristin Selmeczy’s knowledge of the franchise world is also informed by her own experience as a franchise owner of Molly Maid of Bloomingdale, Illinois. Here, she has co-chaired the Molly Maid internal campaign to get fellow business owners involved in Molly Maid’s annual drive. Her sense of community adds value to Ms. Molly Foundation

One of Kristin Selmeczy’s clients, Tina Davies, testifies Kristin’s sense of work. She says, “Kristen has the most incredible cleaning teams that work hard to make your home or business shine when you are not able to tend to them. Her employees are honest, reliable, and detail-oriented. Kristen will make sure that your home/office looks its best at all times!”
