In her current role as Vice President of Franchise Development at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation, Lori continues to showcase her strategic prowess in sales, marketing, and real estate. Her responsibilities include navigating the intricate landscape of franchising within the food service industry, focusing on new business development, and implementing franchising strategies.

Inspire Brands

During her tenure as Sr. Director of Franchise Development at Inspire Brands, Lori played a pivotal role in the development and growth team. The acquisition by Inspire Brands, a multi-unit food service giant, added new dimensions to her role, where she oversaw development related to Sonic and other Inspire brands.
