Chief Growth Officer Josh Wall of Unleashed Brands is a seasoned franchise industry executive who is passionate about driving shareholder value through building strong, durable and lasting franchise relationships; developing the leaders around him to carry the brand’s vision and execute at a high level both individually and as a team; and ultimately to grow a brand through the franchise model with excellence.

Chief Growth Officer Josh Wall of Unleashed Brands started his career with The Tyson Organization, a Fort Worth-based political consulting firm specializing in voter contact and turnout on election day. He served there for almost three years before joining Christian Brothers Automotive—the fastest-growing, full-service auto repair company in America. At CBA, he started as the Director of Training, VP of Franchise & Strategic Development, and Chief Development Officer, spending 16 years with the organization.

Chief Growth Officer Josh Wall of Unleashed Brands also worked with Just Between Friends as an advisor and at Urban Air Adventure Parks as the EVP and Chief Franchise Officer. Now at Unleashed Brands, he is the overseer of the franchise growth accelerator program supporting growth for brands focused on child and adolescent development with emphasis on Learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths), Playing (Celebrating, Escaping, and Connecting) and Growing (Music & Arts, Martial Arts, Swimming, Sports).

Under the leadership of Wall, in less than three months, on Snapology acquired by Unleashed Brands, the two companies rolled out a new model to offer franchisees the option to add efficiently-designed Snapology locations inside busy Urban Air Adventure Parks across the United States. This strategic move was conceived to help franchisees serve more families in their communities by helping kids learn, play, and grow.

With a modest investment of less than $160,000, an Urban Air franchise operator will be able to retrofit at least two existing party rooms into a state-of-the-art Snapology Discovery Center 2.0. The franchisees can serve families throughout the school year through category-leading STEAM curriculum during the week and themed birthday parties on the weekends. Since announcing the program’s launch, most Urban Air franchisees have expressed initial interest in adding a Snapology license in 2021.
